We are Mark and Siobhan Molloy — the founders and owners of Soccer Star Academy. We started Soccer Stars Academy after we realised that there were very limited quality kids activities in our local community that our son, Louie, could attend.
We wanted to help develop Louie’s social skills and confidence before starting nursery school, so with our backgrounds being in football, teaching and marketing, we decided to create our own football classes for kids. It was apparent that there were many parents like us who were looking for a quality kids activity provider to help their children develop social skills, improve their confidence, and get more active.
As our football coaching classes progressed, word got around and every week our numbers increased. Six years on, and after launching our first football franchise in the UK in 2021, we are now the fastest-growing football activity provider for toddlers and kids aged 18 months–9 years!
